Edit Your Event Details

Customize every aspect of your event with our versatile 'Event Info' section. Here, you can personalize key details like the Event Title, Timezone, and Venue Address, ensuring each element reflects your event's unique character. Elevate your event's appeal with a customized Event Title Font, offer a snapshot with a concise Short Description, and create a rich, full Event Description, complete with videos, images, and links. Whether showcasing the End Time or selecting a multi-day format, this tool adapts to your needs. More than just a feature for inputting information, it's about creating an engaging and informative online presence for your event, boosting its visibility, and providing attendees with all the essential details for a flawless experience.



Follow these steps to change your event details



1) Navigate into your event

2) Select the "Setting Tab" with the gear icon

3) Then select "Event Info"

4) Here you can edit any of the following information

  • Event Title - The name of your event. Editing the Event Title does not affect the Event Link.
  • Start Time - The time and date the event will begin.
  • End Time - The time and date the event will end.
  • Display End Time - When activated, your event will display an end time. Otherwise, only the start time will be displayed.
  • Display Multiple days - When activated this will show the start and end date with no times.
  • Timezone - based on where your event is located you can choose the correct timezone to be displayed.
  • Event Title Font - Change the font of the Event Title.
  • Event Short Description - Add a one-sentence description of the event to give page visitors an overview of your experience before scrolling further.
  • Event Description - The full description of your event. You can add videos, images, links, and even embed code snippets.
  • Event Venue - The name of the venue where the event will take place.
  • Venue Street Address - The address of the venue where the event will take place.

5) Save your changes and preview your updates using the eyeball icon.
