Edit Checkout Related Features

"Streamline your event's checkout process with our efficient 'Checkout' features. With these features, you can customize a warm confirmation message for a personal touch post-purchase. Show total pricing upfront on the event page, combining ticket and POSH fees for transparency. Enhance user experience with a detailed 'Add to Cart' button and a themed Checkout Submit Button. You can also adjust Event Fees to suit your financial strategy. These features are designed not just for efficiency, but also to enrich attendee experience and simplify your event management."

Follow these steps to add and edit your checkout



1) Navigate into your event

2) Select the "Setting Tab" with the gear icon

3) Then select "Checkout"

4) Here you can edit any of the following information

  • Confirmation Message - Customize a message that appears on the confirmation page after Attendees purchase tickets.
  • Include Fees in Event Page Pricing - Click this button to show the total price of the Ticket Type + the POSH fee on the Event Page, rather than on the checkout page.
  • Long Form Add to Cart button - this will change the button text from a + to a "add to cart" text.
  • Checkout Submit Button - Customize the button Attendees click to complete their purchase.
  • Event Fees - Add any custom fee to your event, either as a percentage of the ticket or as a flat fee.
  • Legacy RSVP Flow - if would like your RSVP pages to look like your ticketed event pages turn this feature on.

5) Save your changes and preview your updates using the eyeball icon.
