How To Refund An Attendee

We make it easy to refund an attendee on POSH, so you can keep your attendees happy!
To refund a ticket that an attendee purchased, you’ll want to do the following:
- Navigate to the "Recent Orders Tab"
- Search for the ticket to refund by searching either by the attendee's Name, Email, Phone Number, or Order Number
- Click on the ticket to view the options
- Select the Refund button to initiate the refund
Once the refund has been initiated, your attendees will receive an email stating that they have been refunded.
Clicking the "Refund" button will also invalidate the attendee's order, and they will no longer have a QR code to use.
To Partially Refund a ticket that an attendee purchased, you’ll want to do the following:
- Navigate to the "Recent Orders Tab"
- Search for the ticket to be refunded by either entering the attendee's Name, Email Address, Phone Number, or Order Number
- Click on the ticket to view the options
- Select the Partial Refund button and type in the amount that you’d like to refund them.
