What does disabling a ticket tier do? When a ticket tier is disabled the ticket tier will be visible but will not be available for attendees to purchase. 
Follow these steps to disable a ticket tier.

1) First, navigate into your event and click the ticket icon.
2) Then select the "⚙ gear" next to any Ticket Type that you'd hide.
3) Scroll down to the bottom and toggle on the disabled feature.
