Add Custom Checkout Fields

Leverage the power of personalized engagement with our Custom Checkout Fields feature. This innovative tool enables you to prompt attendees with specific questions during the checkout process, providing a unique opportunity to gather more detailed data about your audience.
1) Navigate into your event
2) Select the "Setting Tab" with the gear icon
3) Then select "Custom Checkout Fields"
4) Here you can add any questions you would like to ask
4) You can also change the structure of the response to any of the following
- Text Input (This is where the attendee submits a text-based response)
- Checkboxes (this allows your attendee to select multiple pre-defined boxes)
- Dropdown (This allows your attendee to select one choice of predefined boxes, like a multiple-choice question)
- File upload (This allows your attendees to upload any documents you may be requesting)
